I've been receiving new hints on my tree, but when I go to review them the hints are coming from my own tree. What could be causing this and how can I get it to stop?

Are you looking at the hints in FTM or your AMT?

Ancestry.com is where I view the hints.

Are these hints from records or from photos/documents you have added to your tree?

I occasionally see hints of my own records, because someone has downloaded and uploaded to their tree(s), instead of using the "add this to my tree" button.

Or, do you have more than one tree?

I did have an old inactive tree out there. I think that may have been the problem. I have since deleted the old tree, so I will see if this clears it up.
