Since December the 14th, 2012 I bought the Family Tree Maker for Mac, but I didn´t receive anything, Are you also having problems? What can I do? I sent already some e-mails and I got not answer. But they have already charged the purchase on my credit card! Anny sugestion?

Who did you buy it from?
ancestry.com or another source?
Could it have been lost in the christmas snail mailings to you?
Ancestry.com has a phone number you can call. See about at {Get Help}
Call your credit card company they can reverse the charges until this matter is resolved. My guess it was lost or damaged in the mail and the company you bought it from has a way to track what they mailed to you.

I bought it from Ancestry.com

My problem is that I don´t reside in the United States, I live in Germany, so I can´t use de Toll-Free number and I do not have any other number. I tried with de e-mail but I didn´t get any answer. I supposed all this problem is due to Xmas snail mailings, but I didn´t receive either a mail with instructions to down load it. Thank you again!
