My problem is that I don´t reside in the United States, I live in Germany, so I can´t use de Toll-Free number and I do not have any other number. I tried with de e-mail but I didn´t get any answer. I supposed all this problem is due to Xmas snail mailings, but I didn´t receive either a mail with instructions to down load it. Thank you again!
