Individual Report & Custom Fact - Make it so it doesn't need Preferred?

I have created a custom fact called "Performance" to record when a family member performed in a circus.

The problem is that only one entry shows up on on the Individual Report (The one marked preferred).

Is there a way to have all facts show up in the Individual Report? Or can I make a fact type that doesn't have a "preferred" flag?

When you create the individual report you will see a row of icons under the heading Individual Report Options. The left most icon is Items to Include. Select this icon and turn of the option to include only preferred facts. Most, if not all, reports and charts have the Items to Include icon.

The above suggestion will turn on Preferred Facts for ALL Facts.

If you want to leave the Global choice to be preferred facts, but only this particular one to list ALL instances of a fact:

1) Items to include
2) Select the Fact in the left panel
3) Click on the "options" box at bottom of panel
4) Uncheck "preferred fact" for that particular fact-type.
5) Click OK-Ok.

This is an override to the Global Preferred Facts switch, when the Global switch is turned ON. It has no effect if the Global switch is unchecked. (then all instances of all facts will show.)
