While in my tree and wanting to send a guest invitation, I select the share button in the menu and I don't get the link, I get a window full of link script. Can anyone help me on this. I'm running IE9 on Window 7. I've reload IE9, I've reloaded Java. Nothing works except switching browers. I tried Moxilla and it work just find but I want my IE9 to work. I've been on Ancestry for 10 years and have never had a problem. Please advise. I may be on the wrong thread. I've talked to your tech number twice already. They referred me to the support five things to do, but that didn't work

I normally use Firefox (currently 18.0.2), but I just tested in IE 9, on Windows 7, and the share button works just fine for me.

I don't use IE enough anymore to know all the latest bells and whistles. In Firefox/Mozilla there is an option to start with all add-ons disabled, to facilitate troubleshooting. Perhaps one of the resident IE experts can advise you better.
