Does anyone know anything about the 1880 Laketown, Rich County, Utah Census?

I am trying to locate my 2nd great grandfather Samuel Newton Henderson in the 1880 census but, I can't seem to find him. I know he was in Laketown at the time. The Ancestry.com 1880 Utah Census doesn't show show any households for Laketown.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Leslie Ann

Hi On the Utah death records ( shows Image of org certificate) it states that Samuel Newton Henderson was in living in lake Town for 22 years before his death ( 1922) Could be he was not in that area in 1880 in time to be on the census. here is that address of that record - it opens in black so scroll up until the record comes up if this doesn't work ,I can email it to you, http://images.archives.utah.gov/data/81448/2259287/2259287_0...

Melba~

Thank you so much for the death certificate image.
My great grandmother Esther Eleanor Henderson, their second daughter was born April 1880 in Laketown. The strange thing is that I can't find them anywhere in 1880. They must be listed under the wrong name, or something has happened to the Laketown portion of the Rich County Census.

Thanks again,
Leslie

Your welcome
http://images.archives.utah.gov/data/81448/2260099/2260099_0... here is the address of your G G Grandma's death cert. hers states she was in that town 53 years - I made a err on Samuel's I meant to put 42 years in that town not 22.
Also the Daughter's Of Utah Pioneers has both of their histories on file . If you don't have them, there is a Phone #. where you can send for them, they are like 20 cents a page.
