Hi Emma: I was curious to find out more for my daughter
about her surname and history, which is Plummer. Her
father is Sebert Lloyd Plummer, from Kingston. My daughter
was born in 1979, and her father is supposedly still in
Jamaica. We are in Michigan. I thought it would be interesting
to trace as far back to African roots actually. Merry Christmas, Lou Ann

Hello Lou Ann,
I, live in Monroe, Michigan. Sorry but Serbert
doesnot sound familiar to me. The Plummer's family orginates
from Manchester, Jamaica. They are usually all related. The
family is very big, many of them i do not know. I, do have
alot of information on the family. You will be very surprise
to know there is more than just an african heritage there.
Jamaica is a melting pot of many races and nationalities.
Feel free to email me for any info @ emma02@ameritech.net

Happy new-years,
Emma

Hello Emma,

My name is Hilary Plummer and my father's side of family is from Clarendon. From what I understand, there are a lot of Plummers and they are all from the Clarendon, Manchester region with scatterings through other parishes. I would love to know more about your research and what prompted you. Feel free to email me.

thanks,

Hilary

Are Plummers related to Williams of Clarendon Parish circa early 1900's?

My father is from this Parish and has many brothers; only one sister.
