See attached screen shot. Grimke given name is "blank" according to the helps. I entered Benj as his father's given name etc. Notice the three dashes (---)

Grimston has three dashes as well followed by Lord Viscount, Earl... Is this a deceased child of Grimston, father is Lord Viscount...?

Thank you.

The three dashes just mean that no given name is stated in the notice. They don't mean "child of".

Ok about no given name. Understand this now. Agree about the child of because it doesn't say that. But the father's name is: Surname: Grimston and Given Name: Viscount Earl...

There is no father's name to key, just the primary person.
He doesn't seem to match any of the examples in the keying standards exactly, but I think it would be Prefix: Lord Viscount, Given Name: [blank], Surname: Grimston, Suffix: Earl of Sligo.

Okay. Never thought of that. But I see that now. Good to have another set of eyes. Thanks, Linda
