Surnames: Borgersen &datter/Fredriksen
Is there a way on Digitalarkivet/Arkivverket that I can put in name & approx dates to pull up Birth marriage & deaths that do not come up on familysearch? Also confirmaations.

No, there is no main index. Only a few parishes have
partial indexes.

quite often some dates of births would be in a 1900 census, then add 14 to the dob to find a confirmation record
