Message Folders Confusion in Ancestry.com

The icon at the top of Ancestry web pages allows Messages received and sent to be viewed, sorted and stored in purpose-created Folders.

It appears that once an outgoing message is moved to a newly created Folder, then it may not be possible to identify to whom the message has been sent. In other words, say you send the same message to several people researching the same person, in months to come, it will not be possible to tell which people the message has been sent to, unless you nominate the recipient as part of your message.

It would be helpful if Ancestry attached the name of each recipient to each Sent Message as an automatic process.

I can duplicate that, if you move it back to "Send" then you can see it.

Ancestry doesn't monitor this board so you may want to email support@ancestry.com and suggest this improvement.

Yes, that works.

What excellent feedback from this forum, again.

I have written to Ancestry suggesting an Improvement Request.
