Surnames: Brow, James, Calder
Margaret (nee Hudson) Brown was widowed in 1834 when husband Robert Brown, Senior, was killed in an accident.
Margaret, pregnant with my Great-Grandfather, Joseph Brown, was left with three other children. The Browns were Irish, Methodists. At some point WIDOW Margaret married Thomas James, and had additional children. ANYONE have any particulars on this marriage ?
Margaret and Both Husbands are buried in Glen Williams Cemetery. A lot of questions surround the documented birth of another son, Robert Brown Junior, in 1836, 30 months after his named father died in 1834.
Anyone have anything to add ? Have Family History to share . All replies acknowledged. Thanks, Paul Robins

Hi Paul,

Long time, I was going over the Hall family and came across a Ruth Ann Hall 7 Aug 1841 daughter of Asa Hall and Sabrah Center. She is listed as being born in esquesing twp. She married a James Brown who was born 4 Mar 1836. I've been noticing that cousins married each other quite frequently and had a thought that James Brown could be Joseph's brother. What do you think?
