Corrections to the Stewart Clan Magazine

Hello, I was told that there are people who have been making corrections to the SCM and that I should check here. I was curious about an entry in Vol 1, No 11 under John Stewart of Haverhill. Specifically under John Stewart 2 (the next page) it lists a son, David married to Lucy Bean. It says they died 'without surviving issue.' Since I'm descended from their son, Willis, this remark is quite interesting. Does anyone have any information on this?

The article is on page A42 and it gives David's date of death as April 1885. Did Willis die before that date?

Since he died in 1919, I suspect he probably moved away and therefore didn't get into the records that were checked by the author of this line, and you can just forget about using the SCM as a source. There's no way to correct the original work, corrections are only possible for my Index of it. Good luck!
