I'm looking for information about Lucas Quechuck and his family. He is shown on the homestead records as having settled in the Swan Plain/Norquay area (SE-2-34-2-W2). He arrived in 1904 as Lukasz Kwiczak along with several children all born in Gleboczek (Hlybochok) Ukraine. He married a younger woman named Mary shortly after his arrival and had at least six children with her (Sodake, Ukska, Mike, Annie, Paul, Peter). He is also called Sukas Quezchack and Locos Queckuk is some records.

I am also looking for info about Margaret Allegia Terris (Teres) who was adopted by Phillip Drushka after her parents died shortly after her birth. She also had three sisters who were all adopted out to other famillies in the area.


update: Although I've found out so much information since this original post, I still have some unanswered questions.

I've been able to locate some of Lucas' children (Peter, Paul, Rosie and Annie as well as Minnie) but have yet to locate the others (Anna, Pauline and Emilian from his first marriage and Lena, Walter, Josie and Mike from the second). If anyone has any info I would be greatful - Thanks
