My husband was born Wayne Lee Titus on Nov. 2, 1965 in Oregon. We found out his birthname was Titus and have been looking for relatives. We have little information except that his mother was possibly an alcoholic and he was left by his mother with a family friend. All we know of his father is that when parental rights were being dissolved, his father appeared in court and wanted his son back. However he never returned for him.
