I am looking for information on Thomas Preston, who, according to the 1870 Census in Monticello, Wright County, MN, was born about 1844 in New Brunswick. He is listed with 30 year old Elizabeth Preston and 2 children, Ida I., age 3, and Marie N., age 1. Also, living in the household is John Kelvey, age about 26, born in Scotland. John was at this time married to Mary Ellen (Ellen) Preston, also born in New Brunswick (or possibly Maine). I am wondering if Thomas Preston was her brother. Thanks for any help. Bertie In Idaho
