Deeds from Sussex Co NJ and DAR records seem to confirm that Cornelius, before he was married to (maybe) cousin Rachel, married Elizabeth Cole.
At least 3 children from marriage to Elizabeth:
Catherine (1770-1843) married John I Davenport, at least one child, Gehila (1790-1859)
Mary (abt 1773) married David Edmister (Edminster), at least 5 children
Aaron (abt 1780) married Eleanor King (11 children, died in Michigan)
