I was born April 1, 1971 and given up for adoption in Beppu, Oita-Ken.

My mother was born April 7, 1948. Her parent's names: Tatsumi and Fujie Goto, whom I believe are now deceased.

Nobuko Goto is the second daughter. Family Register dated February 1, 1972 reports her last known address as: 440-2 Oaza Sugo, Takeda-shi, Oita-ken.
