Trying to download a tree from Ancestry.com to FTM

I'm on the Plan, New Tree tab in FTM and have selected "Download from Ancestry." The list of my online trees appears, but FTM is telling me "no action available" instead of letting me download. I've tried to logout/login and refresh to no avail. Please help! :(
