Duplicate Trees on Ancestry after computer crash

My hard drive crashed and I was unable to recover any data. I purchased a new computer, reinstalled Family Tree Maker, and imported my two trees from Ancestry.com. Now, Ancestry shows that I have duplicates of both my trees. Two of the trees appear to be complete, showing all the photo's I've added. The ofher two only have some of the photo's. Other data may also be missing, but I'm not sure.

Are these trees somehow connected? If I delete the two incomplete trees, will it cause any problems? If I have to re-import after deleting them, how do I prevent this from happening again? Hope I didn't confuse everyone
