I have not been able to sync my forest for a while. Can someone help me??

I keep getting (the last sync failed. an error occurred while "Mapping Handling". You may want to restart FTM and try again later.

The forest i am trying to sync has 58247 people in it.
FTM2012 software on a vista system.
