Hi, I was just reading everyone's replies and I found an email that was sent to me from another ASiago Pesavento descendant. It may be of some help to all of you b/c she also has Rodeghiero's in her family tree. I'm not sure if I do....but I'll try to find out and see if I'm part of that clan....are all of the Pesavento's from Asiago from the Ness clan you all were talking about? Okay well here is the message that she sent me....hope it helps!!
Dear Kristin, If your relation was from Asiago, Italy then the chances are
that our relations are related. My brother visited Asiago last year and said
that our two families, the Pesavento and Rodeghiero families made up almost
all of the cemetery there. He also found a relative there and he told my
brother that almost all of the two families emegrated to the US. There are a
lot more Pesaventos around Italy but not Rodeghieros. The only information
that I have, I have already posted on the net but if you and your contacts
can add to my families I would appreciate it. I have had a lot of trouble
following the Rodeghiero family because most of the families have changed
their names. I have 10 different changes so far. The Pesavento families
seems to have kept their original spelling in this country so they are easier
to follow. If I can help you in any way, Please let me know.
