This link does not work anymore. :( Can anyone find a new link for this one? My gg grandparents and other relatives were born there at Lutheran Trinity.
I just read all the comments, and am dismayed. It's a shame that these people at the cemetery office don't care, etc. I wonder who really pays them? The city? The city has really gone downhill since its glorious days in the 1950s and I've seen it all, gradually getting worse and worse, thanks to LBJohnson's policies in 1960s. I will try go to there sometime, maybe next summer. It is on one of my must to do list! I also just found out that my great aunt who died at age 18 in 1899 - it was "proposed" she be buried at "German Lutheran". I know (I've seen it) she's buried at my grandma's family plot at Elmwood Cemetery which is nearby, so perhaps the name changed to Elmwood. THis is an example we need to know which cemetery and its location too.
