I would hope such a cautionary reminder would
a.) be prominently displayed (not buried in the fine print of the T&C or impossible to find like the Content Submission Agreement...where the prohibitions against adding things that do not belong to you are currently located); and
b.) be in the same orange color as the search button above to make it stand out.
