I realize this is an old post, but just to add to the record my GGG grandfather was Dosithe Gallien from Caraquet.I'am direct descendant of Robert Gallien from Lisieux Normadie, who settled in Beaufort Quebec, then on to Caraquet, and Dosithe came to the Miramichi..name changed to Galliah and all sorts of strange things happened.
