Your welcome. I also remember my father-in-law (also Charlie Wilkins) telling me he used to sneak out of the school yard at recess to go get curds at the factory. I could talk to him to see if he has any further information.

I also remember hearing the name Lakeview Cheese Factory that was in the area but I'm not sure where.

You could find more information from a book at the Cornwall Public Library called "Heritage Highlights of Cornwall" by the Township of St. Andrews' Historical Society (1986) or speak to Mr. Jim Brownell of Long Sault who seems to have a wealth of historical information about the lost villages.
