You keep saying "IMAGE file".

Do you mean a folder? [ONE PERSONS FILE IS ANOTHER PERSONS FOLDER - YES, WHEN I LOOK AT THE COMPUTER ICONS THEY LOOK LIKE MICRSOFT FOLDERS. IT ALSO COULD BE A HIERARCHY OF FOLDERS/SUBFOLDERS WHICH IS WHAT I HAVE AND I CALL THE TOTAL SET OF FOLDERS MY IMAGE FILE]

Did you know that FTM2012 does not put images and other media in the FTM data file? [YES I KNOW THAT]

Instead it stores them in a separate folder [WHERE IS THIS SEPARATE FOLDER? IS IT "PART" OF THE FTM SYSTEM AND DOES IT AND/OR ITS LINKS INCREASE THE SIZE OF THE TOTAL FTM SYSTEM] and puts links[DOESN'T IT ALSO ASK IF YOU WANT LINKS OR DO YOU WANT TO COPY THE IMAGE TO THE FOLDER] in the FTM data folder, pointing to the file [DO YOU MEAN FILE OR FOLDER] in the folder.

FTM2012 will easily repair links [MAY BE TRUE, BUT IN MY PROCESS I DON'T HAVE LINKS SO I NEVER HAVE TO CHECK TO SEE IF ANY OF THEM ARE BROKEN SO I NEVER HAVE TO FIX THEM]

BOTTOM LINE---I EXPLICITLY SAID I AM NOT ADVOCATING THIS PROCESS FOR ANYONE TO USE - I USE IT AND IT WORKS FINE FOR ME - AND I GUARANTEE IT WILL NEVER SLOW DOWN FTM 2012, OR CAUSE CRASHES OR CAUSE LINKS TO BE BROKEN OR CAUSE ME TO KEEP LOOKING TO SEE IF LINKAGES ARE BROKEN

WHAT I AM ADVOCATING IS THAT SOMEONE FIX THE SLOWNESS, CRASHING, MEMORY LEAKS, ETC OF FTM 2012 AND THAT IS WHY I KEEP REPEATING MY SELF AND ASKING LARGE DATA BASE USERS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FTM 2014 BETA TEST

SORRY ABOUT THE ALL CAPS
