Hi John. Just found your message. I visited Council Bluffs earlier this year myself and visited the gravesites for Alexander and Susan. I also visited Sidney and located a few records there as well. I also found David and Susan in the 1860 census living in Taylor County, Iowa with 3 or 4 children. Do you have more info to share?
