I think some of the words are compressed the way you've transcribed it, but the following is probably true:

1st his name
2nd his rank- Infanterist, which is a common infantryman
3rd- k n L- I have no idea
4th- Infantry Regiment Number 9
5th- Company 11
6th- verwundete- wounded/casualty

IR 9 recruited in Esstern Galicia, with the headquarters at Strý. Your ancestor would have likely lived in that district.
