2 simple questions. We are not supposed to record witnesses, only victims and accusers. If the victim is the witness, I assume they should be included. In addition, the accused is named William Barker the younger. This name is written this way in both the paragraph and in the margin. Should "the younger" be included in the suffix or perhaps the alias record?
