I do have that info somewhere but now know who had Ollie Farrar that owned the Farrar grocery store in Afton, VA & owned the insurance company everyone in that area used... As my other grandparents the Snell's!!! 1930's forward... John Wm Farrar was my Dad's dad, (Russell Robert Farrar) my grandmother Minnie Belle Critzer (Kritzer-German spelling) had 12 kids she named with double initials to stand out as there were so many Farrar's in Nelson county ( her sis having 17) ouch!!! Our history has been traced back to 1006 with the royal blood of England starting in George III .... Alvayn Holmes wrote a discovery book of which Farrar we descended from in England.... John. Two Wm Farrar's came to The new world but the son of Nicolas was drowned in a ship crash off of Cuba... 1619... Our Wm already here 1618...
