Ezra's(1) father was Joshua (2) his father Johannes John (3) his father John Johann A. (4) his father Jacob A. Do you have any information on (4)Jacob A.'s father? I know Jacob came on the bilander (ship) London on Jan. 10 1739 enroute from Germany. He was b. 1700/1710 in Germany. He died 1767 in Fredericktown, Frederick Maryland. He m.Maria Johanne. They had 6 children: John Johann A.(3) b.1735 Germany; Valentine m. Susan Margaret; Anna Marie b. 174 m. John Ebey in 1765 Fredericktown; George;Martin; Christian.

Another large German/Swiss line that connects into the Bantz and Thornburg line is the Peter Light line and also a Weaver line.
