"Massive mess" is an understatement! I had already purchased Reunion 9, so I upgraded to R10 and completed the import of nearly 5,000 people in my FTM for Mac 2. OMG!!! The devastation is unbelievable. None of the media files transferred and ALL of my careful sourcing came across as free-form text.

I would love to send Liam Neeson or Chuck Norris or Jack Bauer to visit the software developers of FTM. This makes me sick!
