This sounds right. As near as I have been able to tell,
some of Stephen's children moved to AR. They all
seemed to move from TN. He was in Hardeman Co TN
in 1850. As far as I recall, this was the last
time I found him in the census. I will check. My papers
are packed at the moment. My ggrandmother's name was Mary.
She was Stephen's daughter so it seems likely that
someone might name his daughter after her.
