I am descended from Ng's in Toisan "Hoysan" too. My great grandmother (never emigrated, born and died in Hoysan) was Ng Boh Ngan 伍寶銀, from Bat Gah Toon (village) 八家村 in "Geem Pay Long" "錦/锦??", Ha Pan Heung 下坪鄉, Cheung On Heung 長安鄉, Hoisan 台山縣 District 1. She married a Wong and they lived in the "4-9" or "5-10" area, we call it "thlay-gew" or "ng-seep", right outside of the main city Hoiseng in Hoysan. I am trying to find connections to her brothers who I believe emigrated. Known names are Ng Yee Dam and Ng Yee Miew, and there is one more Ng Yee (not sure of the next part of the name, my Paw Paw could not recall), but I think it very well may be Ng Yee Loy, based on some research.
I would be interested in talking to any Ng descendants from these parts of Hoysan.
Attached is a picture of my greatgrandma Ng Boh Ngan with my greatgrandpa Wong Wah Johk.
