Hi Deborah! thank you so much for replying to me. It just so happens that my sister Deborah Anne just passed away june 2nd this year, she was only 59, and i loved her very much. We were both there in 1957 and i can tell you that the nuns were cruel, and i am holding back quite a bit...our mother was pregnant and dying from cancer at the same time. Our mother had remarried and her husband placed us there, maybe thinking when our mom died her family would come and get us...they didn't...my father found out where we were and came back from californa and took us out for sunday and then took off for california again with us and they never saw us again,,while we were there, there was a sister vivian. Our last name was Tessier. Deborah Anne 6 years old and Sharyn Lee (aka) Sunny) 9 years old...i am truly reaching out to any other kids that were there in 1957. I want to share so much before i pass on. BTW what year was your mom and uncle there? look foward to hearing from you. Sunny
