Pat, would you look up Daniel Lett(s). He is age 76 on the 1850 census Greene Co Pa. His race is mulatto. He is born in Md. (abt 1774)
His wife is Betsy age 75 born in Va.
I believe that Mary Clifford age 38 (wife of Solomon Clifford) is his daughter, but that is not proven. I have a Daniel Lett in Fredricksburg co Md in 1790 and 1800 and I wonder if this might be the father of my 1850 census
