The Cabanaws you talk about such as Frank are the sons of Francis Xavier Cabanaw and Harriet Labadie. The traveled back and forth from Sandwich Canada to South Bend. My Great Grandfather Fredrick Cabanaw was his brother. Francis and Harriet Cabanaw are buried at cedar Grove Cemetery at University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame,In which is next to South Bend.
