Too bad about the video driver.

I knew about Me from its pre-release availability to developers through MSDN, so steered clear of it. Testing drivers and applications on the Vista platform was a work requirement, so I got to closely observe the details of overall system performance degradation between the XP and Vista platforms, then later the improvement between Vista and Win 7. Me was so short lived it was never a supported platform for any of the products I ever worked on. It was more like a hot potato than a dog. ;)
