In the conversion, many of the images are of an unknown file type. If you know the source of the file, you can add the proper suffix to the files. This may take awhile as there are 100's of them.
This occured to me when I first converted my file in 2008. Unfortunately, then, the program would leave the files alone and not show them at all. I lost 100's of census and military records.
