Here is what I found for your family in the 1870
Washington County census.
They are in Farmington Township, on page 41 for the township census and on line 3.
Morgenroth, Carl- he is 27 year old white male. His occupation is listed as being a blacksmith. He doesn't list anything under "value of real estate" but for personal wealth he has $300. His place of birth is listed as being Saxonia and both of his parents are of foreign birth.

Mina- she is a 27 year old white female. Her occupation is listed as keeping house. It's hard to read the writing but the place of birth looks like either Werz
Nassau or
Herz Nassau. Both of her parents are of foreign birth.
Morgenroth, Anna- she is a 7 year old white female. She was born in
Wisconsin and her parents are of foreign birth. She attended school within the last year.
Morgenroth, Edwin- he is a 4 year old white male. He was born in
Wisconsin and his parents are of foreign birth.
Morgenroth, Emma- she is a 2 year old white female. She was born in
Wisconsin and her parents are of foreign birth.
The 1880 census is more details. They are on page 21, Supervisor's District Number 1, and Enumeration district number 243.
Morgenroth, Charles- he is a white male that is 36 years old. He is married and his occupation is listed as being a blacksmith. He was born in Saxony as were his parents.

Mina- she is a white female that is 36 years old. She is listed as being the wife. She is married and her occupation is listed as keeping house. She was born in
Nassau as were her parents.
Morgenroth, Edwin- he is a white male that is 14 years old and is listed as being the son. He is attending school. He was born in
Wisconsin, his father in Saxony and his mother in
Nassau.
Morgenroth, Emma- she is a white female that is 12 years old and is listed as being the daughter. She is attending school. She was born in
Wisconsin, her father in Saxony and her mother in
Nassau.
Morgenroth, Henry- he is a white male that is 10 years old and is listed as being the son. He is attending school. He was born in
Wisconsin, his father in Saxony and mother in
Nassau.
Morgenroth, Ida- she is a white female that is 7 years old and is listed as being the daughter. She was born in
Wisconsin, her father in Saxony and mother in
Nassau (no mention of her going to school).
Morgenroth, Clara- she is a white female that is 4 years old and is listed as being the daughter. She was born in
Wisconsin, her father in Saxony and other in
Nassau.
Morgenroth, Charles- he is a white male that is 8 months old. He was born in October (a month is only listed if the person is under 1 year old) and is listed as being the son. He was born in
Wisconsin, his father in Saxony and mother in
Nassau.
Rockenhaus, Andrew- he is a white male that is 18 years old. His occupation is "hired help". His occupation is also listed as being a blacksmith. He was born in
Baden as where his parents.
I checked through both census' to see if there were any other Morgenroths lurking around but I didn't find any. The 1880 census doesn't mention Anna
Morgenroth. In later census', the mother was asked how many children she gave birth to and how many are still alive but they didn't do that in 1880. Sorry I can't help you there.
