from what I could find out both parents died and Patrick became the guardian of the family they lived 46 in Newington Avenue (Duncairn, Antrim) in the 1911 census, but there seemed to be only Patrick, James Charles, Kathleen and Bernard left. I do know that Patrick while down as a brokers Clerks went on to become a wine merchant and lived mostly in England he had at least eight children the youngest was my childrens grandfather who was a anaesthetist in John Hopkins hospital America, he married Maureen O Brien and had five children from his first marriage and another two children from his second marriage. The first Patrick lived till he was in his 90 and I met him a bright fierc fiesty man with all his faculties.
