Your attempt to use secondary Lithuanian sources is akin to trying to convince me that the real name of the capital of Poland is Warsaw, since multiple respectable English sources call it so. But since, despite repeated requests, you were not able to present a single ORIGINAL document with the ending -icius in it; and you choose to ignore the ORIGINAL document that I presented to you, you are clearly not going to let your beliefs to be swayed by data. Let it be that way.
That of course does not preclude a civilized discourse on other topics. To your question: could you provide an example of a sentence with "to the number" and "to the hand" in them. It is always easier to answer such question within a broader context.
