I appreciate your assistance but I think it very important that people know how to get customer service/support. It is nigh on impossible to find other than blindly shooting off an e-mail to help@ancestry.com or some such. Why in the heck would one hide that info? It was posted in a tweet (but who in the heck knows why it isn't front and center on the contact page?).
