Ancestry.com has DNA tests. (Look on the Home Page strip at the top for DNA.) familytree.com is located in Houston, Tx> I know there is a Baird Family Project with them which results in a lower cost if you tell them you want to be part of that project. (There are family DNA projects for many surnames.) Go to SMGF.org to find the Sorenson Molecular Genealogy Foundation. You can test with them for free. Their commercial side is called called RelativeGenetics. Once you have DNA results from a commercial site, you can access SMGF databases by plugging in your DNA markers to look for matches. SMGF has the largest database. Family Tree allows you to upload Gedcoms; I don't know if SMGF does. Just go onto one of the three sites and read some about DNA testing in Genealogy before you decide.
