i'd like to meet some other people that i may be related to, I live in scotland am 38 and have only ever met my dad's family called Pryde, so if anyone thinks they might be a relative get in touch.

My grandfathers name was William Pryde, he was born or lived in Torrance a small village in east dunbartonshire, he married Christina Martin, and had 8 kids. 2 died as babies and one died just days before the end of ww2, he is buried in germany. My dad is 72 and his name is George he is still very much alive and kicking. His brothers were called William (Bill also still alive in his 80s) David, Peter (killed in action aged approx 21) James and John (twins died at birth) Jean and May.
