My Grandmother, Margaret (Margarette) Mullins/ Mullens/ McMullens and her brother (she thought his name was Paul) was placed in an Orphanage in Rhode Island as a young girl. The older brother was taken or left the orphanage but never returned. She was later a ward of the court and taken to San Antonio, Fl. by a family by the name of Murphy. Is there any connection?
