Could Moses Bryant actually be William Moses Bryant? I found a Wm. M. Bryant (b. 12/15/1898 d. 12/28/1964) in the Monroe Co cemetery book. He is buried in Antioch and Nancy Haynes Bryant (b. 11/5/1900 d.?) is listed as his wife.

Possibly but they are no where close to the death dates you were looking for. The two mentioned would probably be at least 2 generations later.

With the exception of large cities, Tenn. death records began in 1908-1912. Nothing for 1913. Then starting 1914 they started listing parents names. There's a 50 year waiting period to release to the public. The Tenn State Archives has those released as well as Clevleand Hist. Library in Bradley Co. Tn. The newer ones you need proof of relationship and comes from the Health Dept. http://www.tennessee.gov/tsla/history/vital/vital.htm
This link will explain further. Joy
