Thanks. I just didn't want to mess up this phasing thing. I don't really know which part is absolute science, which part is discretionary science, which part is math(computers) and which part is just meant to be a help to us.
Of course, Mary was just one example.

As I mentioned there were other issues related to the under representation of women as well.

As I think about this, I guess I would love to know what my parameters are or what my boundaries are from the science side and what latitude I may have to locate matches myself.
