The ethnicity analysis is based on identification of specific markers (called SNPS) that are associated with particular regions and eras. In general, they are much older than the segments that are used for relationship analysis, so it's sort of like apples and oranges. See the original comment--your ethnicity predictions are fairly accurate on a continental level, but much less reliable with regard to specific nationalities.
