I think the net of this it's more complicated than just testing positive on a lone SNP. The fact that the SNPs ancestryDNA tests weren't selected for haplogroup purposes means that data is incomplete and you might not be able to conclude anything based on that. That's why we are seeing multiple conflicting haplogroups from Promethease. It's possible your Y-DNA will have enough info to place you in a specific group, but then again not.

APTurner has a spreadsheet that can help with this if you send her your Y (#24) raw data (see above post).
