Hi there
Great to see your post! My father and his family (FENNELL) also lived on Keegan's Lane and would you believe, he also lived in number 11. This would have been in the 30s and 40s.
He was baptized in St Mary's and went to Star of the Sea school.
His family also lived in different cottages on Keegan’s Lane and the Nolan family were also closely related e.g. both are in number 14 in the 1911 census.

Would love to know if this jogs any memories in your families and I'll ask my Dad about neighbours and who else was on the road.
I’ve been searching for old photos of Keegan’s Lane/Ballsbridge Ave so if you know of any, I’d love to see them. Alas, I don’t have any – but I do have a great photo of my Dad in school with his class approx. 1939 or 40 so if that would be relevant, I could share it.

If this is at all of interest, please let me know and we can take this to email.
Thanks!
Ciara
